Our fee for full service management of your vacation rental is 30% of the gross rents except cleaning fees. That means that we do not charge a management fee on any amounts charged for cleaning, and those are passed through directly to the owner for covering cleanig expenses.
The above fee covers our management services, while the owner is responsible for all expenses related to supplies, credit card merchant fees, portal commissions, utilities, property taxes, property insurance, repairs and improvements to the property.
